Building wealth must be about more than just seeing a larger number on your investment statement each year. Wealth translates into life satisfaction when it has a purpose. The way you spend your money – or don’t spend your money – stems from deeply ingrained attitudes about what you value in life and the values that you want to portray. Some people grow up with very little and long for a better life; while others in the same circumstance become embarrassed by- and feel unworthy of- their wealth.
